About Me
Hi! My name is Natalie, I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Orange Theory in Chicago. I have seven years of experience in the fitness industry and have taught over 3000 classes. My specializations include corrective exercise, kettlebell-training, spin, group exercise, and nutrition.

My mission is to help guide and support you to become the best version of yourself. Working out has been so beneficial for me and I would love to help others feel the same way.
When I am not in the gym, I love outdoor activities, cooking, baking, and spoiling my cat, Leo.
What I Do
I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. Choose your plan. and lets crush these goals together!
Strength Training
I create individualized strength training programs based on your goals, equipment, and the number of days available to train, etc.
Whether your goal is building strength, improving your physique, or feeling more confident in your body, my structured workout programs will help you get there.
Flexibility Training
I provide warm-ups and cool-downs to optimize your workout sessions. With proper dynamic-stretching before your workouts and static-stretching after, we will increase your mobility and flexibility while alleviating any chronic issues which will transfer over into more effective strength training workouts.
Macros
Sometimes going to the gym isn’t the hard part, it’s knowing what to eat, how much to eat for your goals etc. that’s the hard part. With my nutrition certification I am able to help provide you with daily calories, macros, and meal ideas and recipes. I program based on your goals, how active you are, food preferences, and break down the macros per meal. Food is fuel and your friend! Im here to get you out of unhealthy mindsets and set up healthy relationships with food.
